We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from One Tribe One Star. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Timeframe for Returns
You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items
On sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Donations for event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable,

We offer store credit or exchanges for returned items. We do not refund shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

6. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@onetribeonestar.org with your order number and reason for return.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit or an exchange for the item.
